Dr.  Peter Domagala completed his undergraduate work at Loyola University in Chicago and from there attended the University of Illinois for both his D.D.S. and postdoctoral certificate in Periodontics.

While attending dental school, he received the award from the auxiliary of the Chicago Dental Society, an award that is given to the student who has excelled in both the academic and clinical disciplines. He was elected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and later taught as an assistant clinical professor at the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry.

Dr. Domagala practiced full-time in the Chicagoland area, limiting his practice to periodontics and implant dentistry.  During that time, he placed over 3000 implants.  He has lectured to dental students, dental hygienists and international dentists both locally as well as at the national level on many topics of periodontics, implant dentistry, oral medicine and most recently the use of digital dentistry to enhance patient outcomes.

Dr. Domagala has published articles on periodontal regeneration and implantology.  He continues his passion for education and is currently Visiting faculty for the prestigious “Spear Education.” He also formed the first Spear Study Club, which he led for 12 years before selling his practice and moving to beautiful Durango, Colorado.

He is a continual student spending over 100 hours every year on continuing education and personal growth. Dr. Domagala is married with 3 children.  When he is not spending time with his wife and children, he enjoys golfing, computers, and any type of technology.   He is excited to start the next chapter of his professional career, balancing the profession he loves with the beautiful outdoors.
